1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "tb66" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at tb66.io, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the tb66 website, mobile browser interface, and any other digital surface through which tb66 services are delivered.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tb66 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the tb66 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your tb66 Account, including any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or enhanced deposit matches credited to your Account under a specific promotion, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on tb66.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by tb66 to validate user accounts.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tb66 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you have completed the Account registration process.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published elsewhere on the tb66 Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and promotional terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

tb66 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tb66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering an Account on tb66, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms;
• You are not aware of any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would render your use of the Platform unlawful.

tb66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a user cannot satisfactorily verify that they meet the minimum age requirement, tb66 will suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any winnings accrued through an Account registered by an underage user shall be forfeited.

tb66 does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or used tb66, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access tb66's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal Account. You may hold only one Account on the tb66 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. tb66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must notify tb66 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. tb66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tb66 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and residential address before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement for address verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so may result in Account suspension and the freezing of any Balance pending verification. tb66 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection standards.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tb66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi financial institutions. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Current transaction limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated by tb66 at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. tb66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by tb66 within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance review being in progress. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches the name on your tb66 Account. tb66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to do so for security or compliance purposes.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All Account Balances, Wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. tb66 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you in funding your Account via a foreign-currency payment method are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

tb66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational personal use only. The following activities may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Placing low-risk, mathematically certain wagers across multiple outcomes to drain bonus wagering requirements;
• Coordinated bonus exploitation involving multiple users or Accounts.

6.4 tb66's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

tb66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a user's Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to govern that bonus unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All Wagers placed on tb66 are final once confirmed. Once a Wager has been accepted and a bet slip reference number has been issued, the Wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a Wager.

7.2 Odds and Markets

tb66 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where incorrect odds have been published due to technical error, where an event has been interrupted or abandoned, or where the integrity of a market is in question. In such cases, affected Wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant Accounts.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on tb66 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and SA Gaming. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are available within each game's information panel.

7.4 Malfunctions and Disconnections

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game or sporting market, tb66's records shall be the definitive source of settlement. Bets or game rounds that cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure on tb66's side will be voided and stakes returned. tb66 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's own internet connectivity issues or device failures.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tb66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on tb66;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform feature;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property;
• Accessing the Platform if you are a Prohibited User, including if you are under 21 years of age;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tb66 staff or other users in any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by tb66

tb66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have engaged in prohibited conduct; (b) a security or fraud concern has been identified in relation to your Account; (c) your Account is under a compliance, KYC, or responsible gaming review; or (d) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 Closure by tb66

tb66 may permanently close your Account where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, tb66 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Where the closure is not due to user misconduct, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.3 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting tb66 support via live chat or email. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

tb66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tb66 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, tokenised payment processing, and access-controlled data storage to protect your personal and financial information. tb66 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting or gaming activity, loss of data, service interruption, or unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security measures were in place on tb66's part.

tb66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practically possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tb66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tb66 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, tb66 will publish a notice on the Platform with a reasonable notice period before the updated terms take effect. Minor clarifications or editorial corrections may be implemented immediately.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on the tb66 website. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tb66 operates. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing territory. tb66 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions. Access to and use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly at the user's own risk and in violation of these Terms.
